Current Opening:  Customer Service + QC Technician

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Customer Service background preferred
  • Quality control experience a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Quality control of robotic equipment and consumables
  • Inspection of equipment, components, and manufactured parts
  • Disassemble, repairing, and assembling robotic dispense heads
  • Database record entry and maintenance
  • Maintain inventory
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Software testing & reporting

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Ability to learn assigned tasks quickly, with training
  • Self-motivated with collaborative team player attitude
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to producing high quality results
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision
  • Ability to understand and follow specific verbal and written instructions and procedures
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent finger dexterity
  • Good eyesight
  • Good basic math skills
